- Try Mouse Mode to separate a camera problem from an audio or challenge problem.
- Check the troubleshooting guide for permission, lighting, audio, and export steps.
- Reload once after changing browser site permissions.
- Note whether the issue happened before the count-in, during a challenge, in the result, or during download.
Include these details
- Browser name and version
- Operating system and device type
- Camera, mouse, touch, or keyboard input
- The visible status or error message
- Whether audio, WebM, or MIDI was affected
- Steps that reproduce the issue

Privacy reports
